The purpose of mIRC is to chat with others users on the internet through a peer to peer connection. Also, you are able to share numerous files and access the files of others who are sharing. The selections that I made need to be selective in order to properly share files with users. If the options are not selected, certain files cannot be shared. Furthermore, users need to correctly configure the DCC options in order to prevent other users from sending you unwanted files without requesting it.
Why do we need to make the selections you suggest? An overall explanation of the purpose of the program would help.
